Vote Results for the Bailout

I think it extremely important to see who voted aye and who voted no on today's criminal bailout bill. Our economy and country is going to hell in a hand basket either way, so this bailout is about the worst idea since the rogue government decided to hijack four planes on 9/11.

And by the way, take particular notice of the votes of Congressmen Paul and Kucinich.

I was surprised that Garrett (NJ) finally voted in my interest on an issue, especially considering that:

The Star-Ledger highlighted Garrett's extensive ties to the financial services industry: "Garrett has received thousands of dollars in campaign contributions from financial-service firms and in March hired as his chief of staff a former lobbyist for Countrywide Financial, the nation's former largest mortgage lender that earlier this year became synonymous with the financial-services meltdown." - Jim Lockwood, 9/25/08

I guess he's really feeling the heat from the Shulman campaign? Or, maybe it has nothing to do with that? I have no idea.

Whatever the reason, I'm glad he voted 'no.'

Yet another reason Pelosi needs to go.
